However, demand can affect this, so feel free to call, text or email us for the most up-to-date turnaround time. If you're in a rush, we offer an expedited service for an additional fee, allowing your gear to be completed faster than the current standard turnaround time. We’ll notify you if any unexpected delays occur. Thanks for your understanding!​

2. Do you mount bindings?
No, we do not offer binding mounting services at this time.

3. Do you adjust bindings?
No, we do not adjust ski or snowboard bindings at this time.
4. How can I pay?
Payment is due at pickup and can be made by cash or Venmo.

6. Do you sell equipment?
No, we focus solely on ski/snowboard tuning services. For ski equipment, check out local stores like Wenham Sports Stop, Sun and Ski, or Ski Haus.
7. Do you buy used equipment?
No, but you can sell your used gear at Play It Again Sports or local ski swaps. Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are also good options.

8. How often should I tune my skis?
We recommend tuning your skis or snowboards every 10-15 ski/board days, but regular waxing will keep your base fresh and will require less stones grinds in the future.

9. Do you do P-Tex repairs?
Yes, we do offer P-Tex and core shot repairs. These are part of either the Standard or Performance Tunes.

10. Do you Offer Base Grinds?
Yes, we do! If your base is scratched up and needs to be refreshed, book either our Standard or Performance Tunes.
